“ShowTime”, a very special friend, recently gave me some sound advice "Maintain Order" ... It was during a time when the trials of life were beating the hardest … Because he is a man of great wisdom and impeccable character, I knew these words had tremendous meaning; however, at the time my broken heart clouded my focus … For several days, his words replayed in my mind … Finally “Maintain Order” became crystal clear … I had to stop allowing others to dictate who I was … Rather than looking for approval and love on the outside, I had to find it within … In doing so I learned that there is only so much one can do in this vast Universe in which we live ... Although "Demi-god" I have attempted to be, "Demi-god" I AM NOT ... I may not be able to "Maintain Order" in the lives of those around me, but I can definitely "Maintain Order" in my own ...
Life is what we choose to make it ... I believe there are supernatural forces that dictate the occurrence of some things in our lives, but much of what we experience is based on our own decisions ... Life is much too short to dwell upon negativity and regret ... (What could have, should have, would have -- been) ... Decide what you want to do in life, Stay Focused, pursue it, and don’t accept “No” for an answer … “All Things Are Possible To Him Who Believes” …
In August 2005, I was a 162 lb “Amazon” … One year later with the guidance of MY CREATOR, expertise and friendship of “ShowTime”, knowledge and dedication of my workout partner Ben, spiritual wisdom of my Sister Beba, love and undying support of my Sister Ruthie, and the encouragement of my friends and Redbird Family, I am now The Confident and Extremely Blessed NUBIAN IRON PRINCESS … We are all here on a Spiritual Journey … Some days will be more rewarding than others …
Just remember to “Stay Focused And Maintain Order”.
